NATHANIEL W. BOUGHTON
Nathaniel W. Boughton is an award-winning author, strategy and management consultant and executive coach. He has been interviewed on CNBC and has spoken at both national and international conferences on Strategy, Scorecarding, Performance Metrics, and Organizational Development and sales.
His first book, Stop Managing, Start Coaching!, was selected as one of the top 30 business books by Soundview Executive Book Summary. Mr. Boughton's second book, The Performance Challenge, for which he was interviewed on CNBC Power Lunch, has been widely used as the building block for change in organizational structure for a variety of companies in all industries.
Mr. Boughton started his business career as a first-quintile producer for Merrill Lynch. He then transitioned from sales to heading a training department for another financial institution before getting involved in consulting with William M. Mercer. He has a Master's Degree in Organizational Communication.
PETER J. BLAZEK
Peter J. Blazek is a consulting professional and executive coach. He is a leader in capability modeling and driving accountability through the alignment of people, process and technology. Pete has lead numerous change initiatives that has resulted in significant impact on both sides of the balance sheet. Pete has been in the consulting industry for 15 years. He previously worked for premier management consulting firms such as Booz Allen & Hamilton prior to joining the Performance Consulting Group as Managing Principal.
Pete graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management. He later received his Master of Science degree in Management from the DuPree College of Management at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Pete excelled in football while at Georgia Tech, played with the Seattle Seahawks, and was a graduate assistant football coach.
Pete has two children, A.J. and Hannah. He stays active coaching their athletic endeavors, playing tennis, fishing, traveling, scuba diving and with GT Alumni activities.
Mary Getty is an executive with a proven record of impressive accomplishments across multiple industries. She possesses the ability to transform operationally challenged companies by developing high performance, sustainable organizations.
Mary excels in the area of operational analysis by proactively identifying and resolving deficiencies, and delivering comprehensive direction to continuously improve and sustain productivity. GARY P. MORELLI
Gary P. Morelli is an accomplished visionary Executive with 25+ years of experience in the management of nonprofit organizations. Gary is a results-oriented, decisive leader, with proven success in organizational management and growth with an established track record of dramatically expanding organizations and facilities, cultivating public image, increasing financial stability and net surplus margins, growth in membership, programming and services, safety and risk management including crisis preparedness, and promoting strong, focused professional staff teams with high morale.
Prior to his consulting career, Mr. Morelli successfully led two of the nation's premier nonprofit organizations, the Boys & Girls Clubs and the YMCA as CEO. Nationally recognized for award winning facilities and progressive programming. He is especially qualified in rapid growth and change management, all aspects of capital projects, community integrated health, and quality customer service.
Gary is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Administration. He is married with three children and loves spending time with his family, fishing and anything to do with the beach.
Carl Grygiel joins the team at StrategyMD Consulting after 22 years at Verizon. Carl played key roles in multiple technology acquisitions helping integrate teams and solutions into Verizon. Working with both internal employees and external consulting firms, Carl led data-gathering projects, staff on-boarding and cross-training, and product rationalization efforts.
Carl brings extensive project leadership experience with clients and internal teams. Key recent programs include targeting reduction in credits, root cause analysis of service issues impacting client satisfaction, and marketplace intelligence supporting product launches.
Carl received his MBA in Leadership from Franklin Pierce College. He is a proud father of three daughters, plays adult soccer, and finds time for fishing as well.
Dave Martin has over 20 years of execution experience and heads up our PMO, Security, Organizational Change Management, and Agile Offerings. He is a proven, senior-level strategic operations leader with unusually diverse experience in program development and management; product and service delivery; organizational transformation; and integration of strategic vision with executional delivery excellence.
Dave complements his deep experience with the ability to methodically dissect problems, prioritize success factors, and engage the entire spectrum of stakeholder in building win-win solutions. He is extraordinarily adept at bridging gaps between business and technical leadership by fostering and facilitating relationships; communicating effectively at all organizational levels; and leveraging data, analytics, and metrics to gain consensus on optimal solutions for internal and external customers to drive growth and profitability.
SHANE P. McGOEY, PH.D.
Shane's background in the educational and not-for-profit sectors brings a wealth of experience to us pertaining to defining organizational strategy, implementing administrative policies, recruiting and retaining talent, human resource management issues, and project management. Shane also possesses experience in resource development and governance issues.
Shane has helped to provide organizations with financial, regulatory, and administrative direction for over 20 years. His successes include: collaborating with executives and board of directors to identify and build relationships with important constituencies, identifying and implementing technological solutions to improve business capabilities and employee development, and implementing realistic cost cutting strategies while seeking additional profit streams.
When Shane and his wife are not working, they are involved with their children's activities. Their daughter is in the pre-professional program with the Texas Ballet studying to become a professional ballerina. Their son stays busy playing ice hockey for a club team and his high school team.
Shane's hobbies include cycling, reading, cooking, and travel.
Leah has worked in consulting for 15 years providing project management and revenue cycle improvement services for healthcare and manufacturing clients. Ms. Kestel's experience has focused on process improvement, requirements gathering and software implementation, cash acceleration and increasing revenue through enhanced analytic tools. Ms. Kestel brings a holistic perspective to every project: people and systems are interconnected so resolving a challenge in one area often involves addressing aspects of that challenge in other seemingly unrelated areas. She most enjoys being able to bring the right people together with the best information available to facilitate decision-making and organizational improvement.
LOREN G. BLAKE
Loren Blake is a consulting and project manger professional. She facilitates and implements Capability Analytics and process improvement strategies for clients. Her leadership, coaching and facilitation skills were developed through 20 years of experience in investment sales, portfolio management and business development at broker dealers and financial institutions. Loren is known for aligning strategic plans with project plans driving operational efficiencies and results for executives and functional teams.
Ms. Blake started her career in institutional fixed income sales and analysis. She then transitioned from sales to managing investment portfolios and becoming the Executive Director for a Credit Union Broker Dealer. She has a Bachelors degree in Finance.
Jim is a CPG Executive and Consultant with a 25 year record of successful business transformations based on a deep cross-functional background including extensive leadership experience in Corporate Strategy, Finance, Information Systems and Global Operations Management. Jim has extensive international business experience including global material sourcing, foreign ownership, distributor, and joint venture management.
Jim supports the Strategy MD in the areas of Capability Analytics, Process Management, IT Strategy and Business Transformations. Prior to consulting, Jim was COO of H2O Plus, a vertically integrated developer, manufacturer and global distributor of beauty products. At H2O Plus, Jim led operational expansion into international markets as well as exponential growth in amenity programs working with partners including United Airlines and Walt Disney Resorts. Jim pioneered e‑commerce in the Beauty industry and continues to advise national retail clients in the area of e‑commerce technology, cross-border commerce, and logistics operations.
EDWARD B. LONG, CPA, CGMA
Ed has over thirty years of experience in accounting, finance, auditing, operations and consulting. His career has included both financial and operational roles with public, private and family owned companies where he has been responsible for core accounting and financial operations, performance improvement, risk identification and mitigation, as well as business operations and all while leveraging and enhancing technology to drive both top and bottom line results.
Ed is a proven financial and operational executive with broad based experience in numerous industries including E-waste recycling, food service, automotive, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, insurance, power generation, oil field services, marketing, food processing, and healthcare. He has also served as the leader of Enterprise Performance Improvement with a staff of eight responsible for connecting people, process and technology to drive efficiency, scalability and risk reduction across a group of family owned companies.
Niranjan is a key contributor in the firm's IT, Software Development, QA and Systems Integration practice. He has more than 20 years of experience in IT leadership and functional responsibilities in various software development, data management and, large systems integration organizations. Niranjan has extensive experience in architecting, building and delivering information technology and mission critical solutions for data aggregation and distribution companies. Niranjan has worked with StrategyMD in the areas of Software Development and process optimization. He plays an instrumental role as our subject matter expert in the intricacies of Process Automation, Tools and Techniques in software development, Test Automation, Software Development Life Cycle and prevailing program management practices.

He provides a sound technical foundation for questions related to Infrastructure, Tools, Emerging technologies, Organizational structures, Trends and Best practices.
